The PC300 control system is based on Microsoft Windows Embedded XP System and has therefore the possibility to be included in the company’s network system which allows different users to have access to the data. The files can be organized, updated and filed from the office. Files can be saved in PDF format for easy access and transmission. The PC has a touch screen, so there is no need for a keyboard. Nevertheless, the tried and tested control keys are still available for manual operation.
The choice of WindowsXP as the operating system allowed for the construction of a flexible system that is open to expansion and can be adapted to suit particular customer requirements. The programming of the PC300 is exceptionally user friendly. A help function is available on each page, providing detailed explanation for individual functions of the programme.
The use of a database means that both the number and length of programmes are only limited by the size of the memory. The programme includes the option for helical and elliptical bending. This option enables the user to generate an entire programme on the basis of just a few entries. When creating a programme directly, the system checks each entry to see whether a calculation is possible. The graphical display is also continually updated.
As a result the PC300 Software is unquestionably a high end solution. With its 15’’ touch-screen, its user friendly control system, its extraordinary productivity and flexibility – it is for sure an excellent asset that should not be missing from your workshop. Efficiency guaranteed!
